Call Center Specialist Job Responsibilities:
- Tasks include answering the phone and distributing calls or messages accordingly, verifying insurance and confirming patient information, collecting payments, communicating patients’ arrival promptly
- Providing patients with information on dental services, memberships, and treatments that are provided in the offices.
- Provide excellent customer service
Call Center Specialist Job Requirements:
A successful Call Center Specialist will have the following skills and exhibit these behaviors.
- Knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures
- Track record of exceptional customer service experience
- Highly flexible, detail-oriented, reliable and trustworthy
- A friendly, positive demeanor with patients and dental office team members
- Great administrative organizational skills
- Familiarity with Dentrix Enterprise
- Quick learner
- Spanish-speaking a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
